  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside on my Living of Beer, in the Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have got the vicarage of Thorverton, on which is a Resident Curate.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any Church but my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice on the Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administered at Christmass, Easter, Whitsunday, & Michaelmas & the 1st Sunday in every month.

  6. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised in May & June.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair & there are all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: A Terrier is kept in the Registers office.

  9. Number of families: About two Hundred Families.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists in my Parish, there is no Meeting House for Dissenters.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A School for poor Children.

  13. Charity: A small Estate in the Parish of Landrake in Cornwall, for the Benefit of the School Master.
